After a year, Panasonic has updated this classic series with three new models: Let’s Note FV5, Let’s Note SR4, and Let’s Note QR4. These laptops will be available in Japan starting June 14, with a starting price of approximately £1,500 (IT Home Note: currently around 13,890 RMB). Due to targeting the Japanese market, overseas sales channels are usually limited. Older models occasionally appear on third-party platforms, but the pre-installed Windows 11 system may be in Japanese.

All three new models come with Windows 11 Pro, suitable for business devices, and continue the Let’s Note series’ signature square body and circular touchpad design. In terms of internal configuration, except for the low-end version equipped with the Core Ultra 5 processor, the others are equipped with the Core Ultra 7 processor and integrated Iris Xe graphics. Users can choose between 16GB or 32GB of RAM, and storage options include 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB SSDs.

To meet the current trend of thin and light devices, all three new models feature a 14-inch display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 and weighs approximately 1.1kg. Additionally, the new models come with practical interfaces such as Wi-Fi 6E, a nano SIM card slot, and an SD card slot. Notably, the new models also support 5G network connectivity.

In terms of interfaces, the new models offer 2 USB 3.1 Type-C ports (supporting Thunderbolt 4 and USB Power Delivery), 3 USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a LAN port (RJ-45), a VGA port, and an HDMI port.

Panasonic states that under typical use, the new models have a battery life of about 9 hours, which should suffice for the target user group, mainly office workers who occasionally take their devices out. However, specific battery life will depend on the chosen CPU and GPU configuration.

In terms of colors, in addition to the traditional business gray, Panasonic has introduced new colors: Petal Gold and Matte Purple.
